These figures are Norkers, thick-skinned distant relatives of hobgoblins. The were sold in blister packs containing 3 figures in different poses. It is likely that 6 variants were made of each pose, with differences being in weaponry, head and facial detail, and positioning of arms
Pose 1, variant A. This Norker is armed with a 2-handed bludgeoning weapon, which he raised above his head by his right shoulder, and is naked apart from a belt and ring-studded loincloth. This particular variant wields a plain wooden club, and looks to his left with his mouth closed and 3 small fangs protruding on the right side.
Pose 1, variant B. This variant wields a primitive wood-hafted stone hammer, and looks to his front with his mouth closed and a small fang protruding on the left side.
Pose 1, variant C. This Norker variant wields a wood-hafted hammer, and looks sharply to his left with his mouth open in a snarl, reveling a set of enormous teeth.
Pose 1, variant D. This variant wields a spiked, wooden club, and looks sharply to his left with his mouth closed and 2 small fangs protruding.
Pose 1, variant E. This figure wields a primitive wooden club with a stone head, and looks upwards and to his left with his mouth wide open as if bellowing a war cry!
Pose 1, variant F. This variant wields a plain wooden club with a single nail through the head, and looks to his front with his mouth closed with 2 large fangs showing, and his tongue protruding on the left side.
Pose 2, variant A. This Norker is armed with a short, one-handed club held by his left knee. His right hand position varies, and he is naked except for a belt and ring-studded loincloth. This particular variant holds his right hand open by his right thigh, and looks to his front with his mouth closed and a pair of small fangs protruding.
Pose 2, variant B. This variant holds his right hand partly open with his index finger extended as if pointing. He looks to his right with his mouth open in a shout, showing off a fine pair of incisors.
Pose 2, variant C. This Norker holds his right hand closed by his right hip, and looks to his front with his mouth closed and a pair of long fangs protruding.
Pose 2, variant D. This figure holds his right hand closed in a fist, level with his chest. He looks to his front with his mouth partly open in a snarl, showing a sharp set of teeth.
Pose 2, variant E. This variant holds his right hand open by his right thigh, and looks upwards and to his left with his mouth open as if shouting.
